Demonstrations at the Co-op
April - September
WSU Master Gardeners of Clallam County will be conducting monthly gardening demonstrations titled "Garden Smarts" at the Clallam Co-Po/True Value Hardware store at 216 E. Washington St. in Sequim. The demonstrations are free and will be held in conjunction with the Master Gardener plant clinics. The clinics are held from 10am-2pm every Saturday. The demonstrations will occur at 11am on the followin

April 5 - Building a sun box
May 3 - Self-watering containers
June 7 - Micro-irrigation
July 5 - Vertebrate Pest Management
August 2 - Kitchen Composting and Worm Bins
September 6 - Planting Trees and Shrubs
Master Gardener Training Begins Again in January 2009
Classes are taught by specialists in the fields of Botany, Soil Science, Entomology, Pest Management, Horticulture, Plant Diseases and much more.
Cost of the training is $160 and all materials are included in the fee.
